Today’s #Positiviteeny podcast was the 1st time I’ve spoken publicly about my struggle with body issues.
2012-2014 I had undiagnosed bulimia. I kept telling myself I “had it under control”. It took admitting the problem, telling someone, & a lot of work to get to a better place
This is me now. I enjoy working out and eating healthily, but most importantly I’m happy. I still struggle with body image. I think everyone does. But every day I feel like I’m moving in a positive direction and doing what makes me feel good. pic.twitter.com/HNnb1yDSl5
